Privacy Policy
Your information, explained.
Effective September 6, 2026. This policy describes information collected through Arkansas Lawn Pros and how it is used.
Who we are
Arkansas Lawn Pros is a consumer resource and referral platform. We use information to review requests and help locate independent lawn-care providers. We do not perform lawn services.
Information you provide
A homeowner request includes a name, phone number, ZIP and service needed. You may also provide email, address, city, job description and preferred timing. Provider-interest submissions include business and contact details, service areas and services offered. Please do not include financial, medical or other sensitive information in free-text fields.
Request information and attribution
We store the time of your request, consent, request status and an identifier. We also collect the landing page, submission page, referring website origin and supported campaign tags, when available. We keep the first visit attribution in browser session storage; it normally ends when that browser session ends. We strip unrelated query parameters and referrer paths.
How we use and share information
We use your request to contact you, review the job, look for a provider, keep records and improve the service. We may share your contact and project information with a participating lawn-care provider serving your area so they can discuss the request. We do not promise a provider will be available.
Hosting, database, email and spam-prevention services process information needed to operate the site. Owner notifications contain the request information. We may disclose records when required by applicable law or to address misuse. We do not publish your request as a public listing.
Provider relationships
Participating providers are independent businesses with their own practices. Ask a provider how they handle information shared with them. Future commercial referral or placement arrangements may compensate Arkansas Lawn Pros; this does not authorize unrelated marketing to you. Material changes to how information is used will be reflected in this policy and, where needed, additional notice or consent.
Spam prevention and technical records
Cloudflare Turnstile helps verify submissions and may process browser and network information. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. We use a keyed hash of the requesting IP address for temporary rate limits rather than storing the raw address in the lead record. Hosting services may separately keep operational access logs.
Optional analytics
Optional Google Analytics is off by default. If configured and you allow it, it is used for page-view measurements on resource pages. We do not send form contents, contact details or request identifiers to analytics. You can set your preference below; core forms do not depend on optional analytics.
Retention and your choices
We retain inquiries while needed to review and handle requests, maintain provider relationships, resolve issues or meet applicable obligations. You may ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you. Some records may need to be retained for applicable obligations. A provider that already received information may need to be contacted separately.
Contact and changes
For privacy questions or requests, email info@arkansaslawnpros.com. Include your request reference if available; do not email passwords or identity documents.
